Beach Street Bikes d/b/a Pompano Pats ("Pompano Pats") appeals from a final judgment in favor of Bourgett's Bike Works ("Bourgett") after a non-jury trial in this breach of contract action. We find competent, substantial evidence in the record to support the trial court's findings that Bourgett did not breach the contract or violate Chapter 320, Florida Statutes.
