Harkness (Claimant) petitions for review of the order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed the Referee's denial of benefits by Federated Logistics t/a Macy's Department Store (Employer) pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).1
