DRANGINIS, J.

The defendant, Donald Philip Brown, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of failure to appear in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-172 (a) (1).1 On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly admitted certain testimony into evidence. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
