Michael John Walker appeals his conviction for possession of an unregistered firearm in violation of the National Firearms Act (NFA), specifically 26 U.S.C. §§ 5845(f), 5861(d) and 5871. Walker was indicted both for being a felon in possession of a firearm and for possession of an unregistered firearm based on his possession of Molotov cocktails, and he was found guilty of both offenses by a jury.
