MEMORANDUM FINDINGS OF FACT AND OPINION

COLVIN, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' Federal income tax of $14,829 for 2000 and $40,761 for 2001, and that petitioners are liable for an accuracy-related penalty under section 6662(a)1 of $2,965.80 for 2000 and $8,152.20 for 2001.
