On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated in the court of appeals' Journal Entry filed May 16, 2005:
"Whether R.C. 2945.71 applies in cases where the defendant has pled no contest, the conviction has been vacated, and the reviewing court is remanding the matter for further proceedings?"
The conflict case is State v. Parker, 2004-Ohio-2976, 2004 WL 1277243.
