On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated in the court of appeals' Judgment Entry filed April 11, 2005:

"When the victim's credibility is challenged upon cross-examination during the state's case-in-chief, may the state introduce evidence of battered woman syndrome to demonstrate the victim's state of mind, i.e., to explain why she returned to the defendant despite his aggressions...
