Janice Vucinich, M.D., appeals an order granting a new trial to Eleanor Ross and Scott Gordon Ross, personal representatives of the estate of Gordon Kenneth Ross.

The estate sued Dudley A. Baringer and his professional association, alleging that Baringer, an urgent care physician, negligently failed to diagnose and treat the deceased's heart disease. They also sued Vucinich, a radiologist, alleging that she negligently interpreted the deceased...
