Plaintiff/appellant David Kimball appeals a judgment of the district court that granted an involuntary dismissal of his suit against the defendant/appellee Parish of Jefferson. The judgment also maintained an Exception of Prescription in favor of the Parish on a subsequent suit filed on the same matter. We affirm.
