The National Park Service ("Park Service") terminated Plaintiff-Appellant Allan T. Cummings's employment as a park ranger for making a series of misrepresentations on his employment applications. Mr. Cummings brought numerous discrimination claims in the District Court, including a failure to accommodate claim and a wrongful termination claim under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
