¶ 1 The Commonwealth appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas against Appellee, Konrad L. Crist, following his convictions for robbery1 and conspiracy to commit robbery.2 The Commonwealth asks us to consider whether the trial court erred by not applying the mandatory minimum sentence pursuant to section 9712 of the Sentencing Code...
