These appeals stem from the trial court's judgment of strict foreclosure of a mechanic's lien, which the plaintiff, Russo Roofing, Inc., filed on the property of the defendant, Naomi Rottman. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court failed to award her 1) compensation on her counterclaim for damage to the interior of her home and (2) attorney's fees.
