[¶ 1] Disciplinary Counsel objects to the disciplinary board hearing panel's amended report, which concluded Michael Ward violated N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 1.15(f) and recommended he be reprimanded and pay costs of $3,076.52 associated with the proceeding. Ward objects to the hearing panel's conclusion that he violated N.D.R.
