Ultra Resources, Inc. (Ultra) and Shell Rocky Mountain Production, LLC (Shell) operate oil and gas wells on jointly leased properties in Sublette County, Wyoming. Shell filed suit in federal district court requesting a declaration that it is the operator of certain wells on the jointly leased properties pursuant to a previous settlement agreement binding the parties.
