[¶ 1.] A dispute arose between Bill Hahne and Clarence Burr concerning an oral agreement for the sale of land. Hahne sued for specific performance of the agreement. The trial court denied relief, entering summary judgment against Hahne because of the statute of frauds. Hahne appeals the statute of frauds determination, and Burr appeals (by notice of review) the trial court's refusal to grant Rule 11...
