HENRY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Collette Elizabeth Bradford was indicted on one count of possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(A)(ii). Following the district court's denial of her pre-trial motion to suppress, she pleaded guilty with the condition that she could appeal the suppression ruling. We now consider her appeal of that ruling and the application of the Supreme Court's recent decisions...
