Jaimee Lee Mena, the plaintiff below, filed a complaint against defendants General Insurance Company of America and SAFECO Insurance Company ("Safeco"), arguing that her Safeco automobile insurance policy entitles her to aggregate or "stack" the underinsured motorists coverage under the policy.
