TACHA, Chief Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Denise Souser pleaded guilty to making false statements to the United States government in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001. The District Court sentenced Ms. Souser to five years' probation. It also required Ms. Souser to inform her employer of her criminal history. Ms. Souser contested this employer notification restriction, but the District Court concluded that this condition of probation could be applied consistently...
