Mario G. Centobie is under a sentence of death pursuant to a 1999 capital murder conviction. Execution of the sentence is scheduled for April 28, 2005. Centobie's conviction and sentence were affirmed on direct appeal. See Centobie v. State, 861 So.2d 1111 (Ala.Crim.App.2001), aff'd, 861 So.2d 1145 (Ala.2003). Centobie did not file any state or federal collateral attacks...
