Appellant-petitioner Roena J. Rand appeals the trial court's award of attorney's fees to appellee-respondent Husain Mahmoud. Specifically, Rand argues that Mahmoud is not entitled to attorney's fees because he did not personally pay for his attorney's fees and that the trial court erred in awarding fees in excess of the amount actually paid by Mahmoud's employer, the City of Gary (City).
