[¶ 1.] Dr. Reuben Setliff (Setliff) brought claims for breach of employment contract, breach of a duty of loyalty, and conspiracy against Dr. Robert Akins (Akins) upon his departure from Setliff Medical Clinic (Clinic). Setliff also brought claims against consultant Randall Stewart (Stewart) for wrongful interference with business relations and conspiracy.
