The plaintiff, Alan L. Ross, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Carlo Forzani, after the court granted the defendant's motion to strike the plaintiff's complaint. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court acted improperly in striking his complaint. We do not address the merits of his claim because we conclude that the plaintiff waived his right to appeal in this case. We affirm the judgment of the trial court...
