STATEMENT OF CASE

On October 23, 2003, the appellants Kendall Stewart and Emanuel Veal were each charged with two counts of armed robbery.1 At their arraignment on October 27, 2003, they both pled not guilty to all charges. On April 22, 2004, the trial court denied their motions to suppress the identifications. The State tried the appellants on the two armed robbery counts on September 28-29, 2004,...
