GRAY v. GRAY

No. 4D04-2171.

893 So.2d 652 (2005)

Patricia GRAY, Appellant, v. Gerard GRAY, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

February 16, 2005.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Arnold D. Levine and Robert H. Mackenzie of Levine, Hirsch, Segall, Mackenzie & Friedsam, P.A., Tampa, for appellant.

Joseph M. Considine and Eileen T. O'Malley of Joseph M. Considine, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The former wife appeals the final judgment of dissolution and raises numerous issues. We affirm in all respects. However, the parties acknowledge the judgment contains scrivener's errors with regard to mathematical calculations concerning the party's incomes. We therefore remand the case for correction of these errors. However, we find no error in the ultimate outcome.

Affirmed.
