Leggett and Robert Sheppard appeal orders of the Trial Court (McHugh, J.) granting summary judgment to the plaintiffs, Barry Cohoon and Joseph McCarran. The plaintiffs cross appeal. We affirm in part, reverse in part, vacate in part and remand.
