The office of the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court, as relator, filed formal charges against respondent, John M. Gilroy, who was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Nebraska on April 21, 1977. After respondent failed to file an answer to these charges, this court sustained the Counsel for Discipline's motion for judgment on the pleadings and limited briefs and arguments to the appropriate sanction...
