The City of Lincoln (City) appeals the order of the district court for Lancaster County reversing the City's decision to deny the claim for unpaid wages filed by Marlin E. Rauscher, a retired City police officer. Following an evidentiary hearing, the district court ordered the City to pay Rauscher $2,685.79 in unpaid wages.
