The plaintiff, Joseph W. Sandford, Jr., appeals a decision of the Superior Court (Fauver, J.) determining the scope of an easement to flow his land; the defendant, the Town of Wolfeboro (town), owns the easement. This case returns to us after remand to the trial court. See Sandford v. Town of Wolfeboro, 143 N.H. 481 (1999). We affirm.
