Heidi Fero appeals her conviction and sentence for first degree assault of a 15-month-old child she babysat. We hold that there was sufficient evidence to support the verdict because the injuries were consistent with "shaken baby syndrome" caused by non-accidental, repetitive force that a 4 1/2 year old child (the perpetrator identified by Fero) could not cause.
