The defendant, Daniel Rios, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered after the jury's verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Alberto Villa. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly (1) denied his motion for a continuance, (2) denied his motion to preclude evidence from the plaintiff's expert witness, (3) precluded the defendant's expert witness from testifying regarding the reasonableness of the plaintiff's medical treatment...
