Before this Court is William T. Witmer's Application for Supersedeas. Witmer seeks to stay this Court's order upholding the one year suspension of his driving privileges by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (Department) while he appeals our order to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
