¶ 1. Charged with the murder of Jermaine M. Knight, Sidney Huggins went before the Hinds County Circuit Court, where his first trial ended in a mistrial. After his second trial, the jury found Huggins guilty of manslaughter. The circuit court sentenced Huggins to a twenty-year term in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
