Employer, the City of Philadelphia, appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming, in part, and modifying an award of benefits to claimant, Doris Mellon. The Board's order also remanded to the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) for additional findings regarding William Mellon's (decedent) average weekly wage.
