The affirmance is without prejudice to appellant refiling with the trial court, within thirty days after the date of this opinion, his motion for post-conviction relief in compliance with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.987. See Lawson v. State, 754 So.2d 86 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000).
