Defendant Steven David Montague appeals his convictions and sentence for three counts of possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Montague contends the district court violated his Sixth Amendment right to confront witnesses by admitting at trial the grand jury testimony of his wife, Deanne Montague (Deanne).
