ORDER ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND CONCLUDING PROCEEDING

Comes now the respondent, Karon E. Perkins, and tenders to this Court her resignation from the bar of this State, pursuant to Ind. Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 17.
