Appellant, DMF Leasing, Inc. (DMF), sought a preliminary injunction prohibiting appellees, Budget Rent-A-Car of Maryland, Inc. (Maryland Budget) and Budget Rent-A-Car Systems, Inc. (National Budget), from taking action to terminate three of DMF's Budget Rent-A-Car franchises in Maryland.
