Plaintiff Carol Robinson brings this case under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794(a), alleging disability discrimination and retaliation. Defendant moved for summary judgment and the motion has been fully briefed. The Court heard oral arguments on the motion during the pretrial conference on April 18, 2005.
