Defendant, Michael Todd Hudnall, pled guilty to a reduced charge of attempted possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, reserving his right under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La. 1976), to appeal the trial court's denial of his pretrial motion to suppress evidence.
