OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellant, Connie Allburn ("Allburn"), appeals from the trial court's denial of her Trial Rule 60(B) Motion for Relief from Judgment.

We reverse.

On July 29, 2003, police officers from the Warrick County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at 7311 Oaklawn Drive, Newburgh, Warrick County, Indiana, the residence Allburn shared with her husband Charles. Allburn and her husband were present during the search...
