ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(G)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the portion of the judgment of the Court of Appeals that rejected defendant's challenge to the trial court's instruction on his burden to show that his right to possess a weapon had been restored, and we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration...
