OPINION

THORNE, Jr., Judge:

¶ 1 Beiwei Li, as personal representative of the estate of Beizhong Li, appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Utah. We conclude that Utah Code section 31A-22-314 does not relieve Enterprise of its duty to provide insurance coverage on its vehicles, even though there is other available insurance in excess of the statutory minimum coverage.
