Plaintiffs Chin Thi Le and Anh "Tony" Dang are Asian Americans, who came to the United States from Viet Nam. Plaintiff Le owns a nail salon called "Nails Now" (the "Nail Salon") that is located in the same shopping center as defendant Hy-Vee, Inc. grocery store ("Hy-Vee").
