The defendant, Mario Pirozzoli, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the trial court finding him in breach of a partnership agreement and awarding $138,000 in damages to the plaintiff, Andrew Parente. The defendant claims on appeal that the court lacked jurisdiction to enforce the agreement between the parties because the purpose of that agreement was to violate the law.
