Ray Dolberry ("the husband") appeals from an order finding him in contempt of court and directing that he be "incarcerated in the Jackson County Jail every weekend commencing 28 August, 2004 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the following Sunday with a like period of incarceration to occur each weekend pending further orders of this Court and until the [husband] purges himself from this contempt order." We reverse and remand.
