These consolidated cases are before the court on interlocutory appeal from the district court's grant of injunctive relief. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in case numbers 04-1172 and 04-1181. We dismiss case numbers 04-2827 and 04-2828 as moot. Because the district court conducted a bench trial on the equitable claims at issue here, we view the facts in the light most favorable to the prevailing party, Triple Five. Foster v. Time...
