Fadia Al-Challah appeals the trial court's order granting Barger Packaging Corporation's ("Barger") motion to dismiss Al-Challah's complaint as time barred. Al-Challah raises two issues, which we consolidate and restate as whether the trial court erred by finding that the Journey's Account Statute was not applicable to Al-Challah's complaint and by granting Barger's motion to dismiss...
