This matter is an automatic direct appeal from a sentence of death imposed by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Without discussing the merits of the claims raised by appellant, this Court remanded the case to the trial court for issuance of an opinion in accordance with Pa.R.A.P.1925, retaining jurisdiction and specifying that the trial court was to address two apparently-preserved claims of trial court error...
