Blaine Fifield pleaded guilty to one count of felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and one count of unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(3). The district court sentenced him to fifty-four months imprisonment on each count. The court ordered that these sentences run concurrently with each other but consecutively to two sentences imposed...
