Defendant-Appellant, Executive Director of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System ("OIDS"), appeals from the district court's order denying his motion for summary judgment on a claim of qualified immunity. Defendant-Appellant ("Mr. Bednar") claims that he is entitled to qualified immunity because he did not violate clearly established law in terminating Plaintiff-Appellee Sara McFall ("Ms. McFall").
